About Iven Frangi

Iven is a recognised authority on stress free selling in Australia and Internationally. He is known for crafting highly profitable sales conversations. He began his journey selling services and intangible products under the mentorship of ‘Mr. Body Language,’ Allan Pease, and quickly rose to become one of the youngest members of the international Million Dollar Round Table—an achievement attained by only the top 5% of insurance professionals worldwide. He was then headhunted to build Westpac Financial Services. He had a team of 14 and a sales budget of around 1 Billion dollars. This became the fastest growing financial services companies of it’s type. 

Driven by his passion for empowering businesses, consultants, and coaches in long-term, high-value, relationship-based models, Iven established his own speaking and training business After six successful years Iven was asked to set up the sales and customer interaction strategies for The Bank of Melbourne and then the RACV.

A globetrotter at heart, Iven traverses the world (pre-Covid) to uncover invaluable insights from businesses renowned for delivering unparalleled customer and sales experiences. he visited and studied innovative organisations like the Virgin hotel in Chicago. The recognised #1 airport  Changi in Singapore, and Ali Baba in China. He worked with the world’s leading customer insights firm CEB in Washington. 

Iven’s work with sales leaders expanded to helping clients generate a reliable flow of qualified leads and booked appointments when he built YourLeads 24/7. A system providing his clients with increased revenue, time, and life choices.
